Where does the dashboard data come from?

It uses recent completed searches for your active profile and the applications in your tracker. Run a search and score the results to populate the match views.

Does it track the whole job market?

No. The charts describe the jobs collected by your searches. They are not a complete market survey or a prediction of your chances of being hired.

Does it measure response or interview conversion rates?

Not currently. It shows tracker stage counts, including applied and interviewing. Those counts depend on the updates you make in the tracker.

Is OutRung free to use?

Yes. OutRung is free during open beta — no subscription and no credit card, with fair-use limits to prevent automated abuse.
